F. E. WHITTLER ; IS REINSTATED Will Ride Match Race at the Motordrome Tonight Against Arthur Mitchell. Formal application Has been made by F. E. Whittler and Arthur Mitchell for reinstatement as members of the Federation Feder-ation of American Motorcyclists, and it was announced Sunday night that Iho application would be granted today by the local representatives of the F. A. M. In their application for reinstatement, the motorcyclists promise to abide by the rulings of the F. A. M In the future and to ride on only tlioso tracks which havo received a sanction from the F. A. M. The two riders will make their appearance ap-pearance on the Wandamere motordrome tonight In a ten-mllo match motorcycle race, using eoven-horscpower machines. This match will be tho feature event of the evening. Another big feature event will be W. E. Samuelson. tho "human motor," riding a bicycle a milo behind Bert Smalllng In an automobile. In an attempt to establish a new world's record rec-ord for a paced mile. Samuelson Is confident con-fident that he can ride behind tho automobile auto-mobile faster than a milo a minute. In addition to those two events there will be an open amateur event and Ihreo other professional events, Indicating an excellent race programme.
