Notice Is hereby glvon by the city council coun-cil of Salt Lako City of tho Intention of such council to make tho following described de-scribed Improvement, to-wlt: Constructing cement sidewalk five (S) foot wide nnd four (1) inches thick on the enst side of Washington street betweon be-tweon Ninth South street nnd Fnyettc avenuo, in Sidewalk District No, U, nnd defray the abutters' portion of the coat nnd expense thereof, estimated at four hundred sixty-six and 65-100 (f 106,05) dol-lars. dol-lars. or 79-100 ($0.70) dollar per front or linear foot of abutting property there being be-ing 590.7 feot abutting said Improvement, by a local asosssment upon tho lots or pieces of ground within tho following described de-scribed district, being tho district to be affected and benefited by said Improvement, Improve-ment, namely: The west side of lots 2 to 24, Inclusive, block 1, Hunter's subdivision, block 23: commencing nt tho northwest corner of lot 2i, block 1, Hunter's subdivision, block 23, thence north 10 feet, all in Flvo Aero Plat "A " Big Field survey. Tho total cost of said Improvement Is estimated at four hundred nlnety-ono nnd 39-100 (S-101,39) dollars, of which sum tho cltv's portion Is twonty-four and 74-100 ($24.74) dollars, leaving four hundred slxly-slx and 05-100 (J46G.fifi) dollars to be raised by local assessment.
