County Attorney 1 Jacob Evans has given the following I opinion and interpretation of the registra- m tion and election law: "All voters who I did not vote at jhe general election two B years ago will have to register this year in order to vote at the coming November I election, as will also those who have i moved from one district to another since ; the last general election of two years H ago It Is not sufficient that they voted H at the city election one year ago: they must liavo voted at a general election In order io have their names retained on tho registration lists."
