NOTICE. Notice Is hereby given by the City Council of Salt Lake City of-tho Intention of ouch Council to make the following described de-scribed Improvement, to wit: Extending and laylnjr sewer lateral of vitrified pipe eight (8j inches In diameter in tho center of Alameda avenue between Twelfth East and Thirteenth East streets in Sewer District No. 1, and defray the abutters' portion of tho cost and expense thereof, estimated at nine hundred twenty-seven and 20-100 ($927.20) dollar?, or 70-100 (50.70) dollar .per front or linear foot of abutting properly, there bslng 1220 feet abutting said Improvement, by a local assessment upon tho lots or pieces of ground within the following described district, dis-trict, being the district to be affected and benefited by said improvement, namely: Tho south sldo of tho north l-iS.3 'feet of the east 305 fpet of lot 1. the south side of the north 148.5 feet of the west 303 foct of lot 7, the north side of the south HS.5 feet of the cast 303 feet of Jot :j. tho north side of the south 1-JS.5 feot of tho west 305 ffct of lot S. block 34, plat F, Salt ITke City Survey. All protests and objections to the carrying car-rying out of ouch intention must be presented pre-sented In writing to tho City Recorder on or before tho 2nd day of November, 190S, being the timo sot by said Council when it will hear and consider such protests and objections as may be made thereto.
