In a suit brought against an express company In the superior su-perior court here today, Dr. Marie Michel Flack of Goldfleld, N'cv., known for her contributions to magazines and medical Journals, asserts that a manuscript of 700 typewritten pages of Iter autobiography autobiog-raphy was lost in transmission to Long-ton. Long-ton. Ivan. She sets forth that the document docu-ment contained "much historical data valuable to the public," and estimates tho alleged loss at 25,000.
