At 4 o'clock it was found necessary to draw another "special venire of ten names to obtain tho twelfth .iuror, and court adjourned until this morninjr. It is hoped to havo tho jury filled by noon today and the taking of testimony will be taken up at 2 o 'clock this afternoon. The cloven jurors accepted arc John Burton, Hubert Savage, Thomas Mar-nanc, Mar-nanc, John Lester. Neil Malmstrom, Carl A. Erickson, William L. Pickard, .lr.. Charles W. Iluhl. L. A. Amsdcn, N. J. Tliorndaff and A. II. Ilenncfcr. Countv Surveyor Joseph B. Swcnson will bo "the first witness introduced by tho state. He will bo put on tho stand to identify and explain photographs and sketches of the sccno of the alleged murder, so tlint tho jurors may better be able to follow the testimony and comprehend tho situation. Joo Bogden of Bingham will be one of the strongest witnesses, if not the star witness for tho state.
