Show REQUISITION PAPERS FOR ITALIAN HONORED Gov. John C. Cutler Wednesday hon-,ored hon-,ored the requisition of Gov. Georgo L. English En-glish of Nebraska for the extradition of Raffaclo Vatala.ro, an Italian, charged with shooting with Intent to kill a countryman coun-tryman named Stbasllano Turco, in Douglas Doug-las county, Nebraska, May 31, this year. The papers were presented by Detective Thomas J. Mitchell of Omaha. According to the affidavit of Turco, which accompanied the requisition papers, he attempted to Interfere with a view of obtaining peace In an altercation between Vatalaro and two or three other persons.
