PECULIAR REASON FOR PUNCHING HIS BROTHER Thomas "Wcsloy Moscr of this city was arrested by Policeman Harris Sat-urda3 Sat-urda3 afternoon for alleged battory on his brother, Georgo Moscr, at a daneo at Lagoon. The sheriff of Davis county camo and took Moscr back to Farming-ton Farming-ton for a hearing. Moscr, the defendant, defend-ant, attempted to keep his brother from dancing with his sister, who has been in the reform school, it is claimed, and had to resort to the use of his fists to accomplish his purpose. Dancing, it was thought, would bo injurious to tho Bister. Mosor poked his brother one in tho car boforo tjio latter desisted from compelling the sister to danco with him, it is charged.
