Frank' Martell and Joseph King were released Yesterday from the county Jail on a writ of habeas corpus The two men, together with George Williams, were charged with grand larceny. Judge Armstrong rendered a decision In their case Williams was ordered remanded to the county Jail In default of $200 bonds.
