Show CENSORING THE PRESS. Laws in Russia to Bo Revised by Special Committee. ST. PETERSBURG, Feb. 7. The Com-mlttco Com-mlttco of Ministers has decided to Institute Insti-tute a special conference to revise tho censorship and press laws. Tho president of tho conference will be appointed by the Emperor, and Its membership will consist of officials especially cognizant of the question, members of the Imperial Academy of Science, prominent writers and representatives of tho departments. Tho presldont of tho conference will havo tho right to Invito certain persons from whom useful Information can be secured and membera of the provincial press. Tho president will present a draft of the revised re-vised laws direct to the Council of State. An Imperial decree will bo Issued tomorrow appointing the censorship conference. con-ference.
