Bishop McQuarrlo presided and County Attorney Halvcrson, John A. Doylo ox-Mayor of Ogden; Hon. Frank J Cannon. Bishop "Wlthorapoon and Chief Bywater of Salt Lake delivered short addresses. Sf-nator Cannon, who waa a member of tho Ocdcn City Council when tho deceased was at tho head of tho volunteer flro deportment, dcllvertd an eloquent and touching eulogy to tho memory of tho deceased.
