Row & Co., won the World's Ftdr handicap at the Fair grounds today In 2:00V&. Tho Eastern champion, Hcrmla, was second, thrco lengths behind. Moharlb, owned by John W. The track was ln fair condition and about six seconds slow. After a delay of seven minutes at the post, caused by the restlessness of Bugler, Bug-ler, Moharlb and Flying Torpedo, Starter Start-er A. B. Dado caught tho field lp alignment align-ment and gave the word to go. Redfcrn, on Hermis, was the quickest to got his mount Into motion, followed closely by Gold Heels, Moharlb and Colonial Girl.
