"Citizens of Pioche, Nov., will celebrate Juiy 4 with more than the usual enthusiasm. jTn the forenoon there will be foot races, wheelbarrow, nail, egg and needle races, tugs of wur between young men and young women, married, men and single men. In the afternoon there will bo three horse races, consisting of one-quarter-mile dash, purse $75; 300-yard dash, purse $50, and a gentlemen's saddle-horse race, purse $2ii.
