Show I City and Neighborhood TTIEone hundredth anniversary of the birth of Apostle Wlllard Richards, an original pioneer of IS 17, was celebrated most fittingly by members of his family on Friday evening at the home of AVll-lard AVll-lard B. Richards In Sugar ward. THE Woman's Democratic club will give an excursion to Lagoon next Wednesday. The programme will be the following: The Columbia drill, by sixteen six-teen young ladles In costume, conducted by Mrs. Una Mousley: solo. Mr. W. D. Phillips; addross. Hon. S. A. Kenner; song. Miss Millie Williams. The committee com-mittee consists of Mrs. E. J. D. Roundy, Mrs. H. J. Hayward, Mrs. Rudolph. Mrs. G. C. Riser, Mrs, John Shea, Mrs. Edith T. Budd. Prizes will be given for tho best waltzers, the best two step, the host children's step dance and others. |
