They have given the work much time and attention and the system has been completed with tho least possible expense consistent with good material ma-terial and competent labor. The total cost will not be much above tho estimate of $23,000. Prospcots for large crops seem at present pres-ent most encouraging. More ncrcs of orchards nnd small fruits are planted each ycdr and the farm labor la-bor diversified.
