The Councllmen who have had the work ln chargo aro praised for the good work they havo done. They have given the work much time and attention and the system has been completed with tho least possible expense consistent with good material ma-terial and competent labor. The total cost will not be much above tho estimate of $23,000. Prospcots for large crops seem at present pres-ent most encouraging. More ncrcs of orchards nnd small fruits are planted each ycdr and the farm labor la-bor diversified. |
