A Mixing Bureau. -3n this issue of the Herald, wc publish a dispatch dated October 2nd, from the consul general of Franco at San Francisco, to the French minister of foreign affairs, j relative to tho establishment by Col. J. Berton, of a "Mining bureau of the ;Paoifie Coast" in Sacramento, California, Califor-nia, The dispatch gives an outlino of the purposes lor which this bureau is organized, and compliments the management man-agement of it. Mr. Berton is now io j this city, aud proposes to organizo a : branch bureau for Utah.
