0 ODD FELLOWS LOAN Building Association Gives t New Mortgage at 6 Per Cent The Odd Fellows Building associa ion yesterday had recorded a satisfaction action of the mortgage of 20000 held bainst the fraternitys building on Market street by the Pacific Investment company The original debt drew interest terest at 7 per cent and after cutting down the principal to 19000 a new mortgage drawing 6 per cent interest in favor of Daniel Eyre was filed for record The mortgagee is a past noble grand and a member of the I O O F loge No 2 of this city and his in vestment runs for ten ear For a long time the Odd Fellows Building association has had an uphill road to travel but since the govern lent decided to erect the postoftice building on land adjoining the Market street hall the associations stock has taken a shot upward and the financial outlook is much improved The asso elation contributed 1000 to M H Walkers syndicate for the purchase of the site donated to Uncle Sam and for paving the street
