OCR Text	Show AGREEMENT IS REACHED Colorado Midland and Busk Tunnel Suit Settled Chicago June 15An agreement has ben reached in the longstanding suit between > the Colorado Midland and the Bush Tunnel bondholders The tunnel bonds amounting to 1250000 are to be exchanged for Colorado Midland 2 3 and 4 per cent bonds The tunnel bondholders bond-holders are also to receive 4 per cent interest less legal expenses for the pe nod of the receivership equal to from 110 to 150 per bond The tunnel which is located at Tlager man Pass has been idle for a number of years owing to dlfforenoes in rc gard to rental the Colorado Midland In the meantime building and operat lag its own track over the mountains
