A prince and princess competition competi-tion precedes the queen pageant. Tonight at the Elks Lodge at 7 p.m. ten young women will compete for the crown of Miss West Bountiful. TO START the activities this year, the queen contest committee had a mother-daughter mother-daughter dinner June 22 at the Eldredge House. THE GIRLS will compete in four areas: sportswear, talent, evening gown and spontaneous spon-taneous question. Three men and two women make up the panel of judges. Escorts for the girls will be Marshall Noker, Chad Eliason, Neil Paget, Richard Gunnell and Lyn Paget. Armando Martin is the master of ceremonies for the evening. THE QUEEN will receive $200 in cash and prizes and a scholarship to go to the Inter national Institute of Hair Design. De-sign. She may compete in the Miss Davis County Pageant-or one of her attendants. Miss Photogenic, Congeniality and Personality trophies will be awarded. The queen and her two attendants will reign over the annual 4th of July celebration in West Bountiful. The pageant will be the first big event for that holiday.
