This ordinance shall become effective fifteen days after its passage and after the same shall have been published in at least one publication of a newspaper in and having general gen-eral circulation in Davis County. The Board of County Commissioners Com-missioners of the County of Davis, State of Utah ordains as follows: Section 5-12 of the Davis County Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended to read as follows: fol-lows: It shall be unlawful to park a vehicle or recreational recrea-tional vehicle or farm equipment, on any street in the unincorporated area of Davis County between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. from November 1 to March I, except as follows: fol-lows: (a) Physicians during emergency Calls. (b) Residents or persons visiting when required by emergency or other unusual un-usual circumstances may apply to the Davis County Sheriffs Office for a permit for all-night on the street parking.
