Show Joins Company tO I J W "Ml Melinda Cole, a 1980 graduate gradu-ate from Bountiful High school and the daughter of Lyle and Sheri Cole, has been chosen as a member of the Golden Spike Repertory Company. This Company, based out of WSC, will be presenting "Gods-pell," "Gods-pell," "The Sound of Music," and "The Boyfriend." LOCAL AUDIENCES may well remember Melinda for her performance as Eliza Doolittle in "My Fair Lady," and Kate in 'Kiss Me Kate" while she was at Bountiful High. She also played the role of Doris Walker in the Bountiful Community Com-munity Theatre production of "Here's Love" this past December. De-cember. Melinda is currently a junior at WSC majoring in Theatre Arts and Communications. MELINDA COLE THE REPERTORY Company Com-pany consists often core members mem-bers chosen from throughout the lnter-mountain west. The directors are: for "Godspell." Jonathan Gochberg from the U of U; for "Sound of Music," Thomas West from New York City, and for "The Boyfriend," Boyf-riend," James Usher from Wisconsin. Choreographer for the season is Garth Peay. "Godspell" opens June 25, the "Sound of Music", July 2, and "The Boyfriend," July 16. The shows then run concurrently concur-rently Wednesday-Saturday night until August 8. They begin be-gin at 8:00 p.m. each evening in the Allred Theatre at the Val Browning Fine Arts Center on the Weber State campus. Reserved Re-served seating is required. TICKETS MAY be purchased purch-ased at the door. Season tickets tick-ets may be purchased at a substantial sub-stantial savings.
