Show County Holds On Forming Employment Aid By MARK D. Mil KELSEN FARM1NUTON - The Davis County Commission hesitated Tuesday to commit themselves to the formation of a county-operated employment employ-ment service, despite reports that federal fundcutting may eventually threaten local Job Service operations.
