Show are main uses, the location of which shall be subject to review re-view and approval by the Planning Plan-ning Commission and as otherwise other-wise provided in Chapter 3. (1) Churches. (2) Public Buildings. (3) Public parks andor playgrounds, also privately owned playgrounds and recreational re-creational grounds or parks not operated as a business, in whole or in part and to which no admission charge ' is made. (4) Public utility substations substa-tions and buildings. (5) Schools. (6) Child Day Care. This ordinance shall become effective fifteen days after its passage and after the same shall have been published in at least one publication of a newspaper in and having general gen-eral circulation in Davis County.
