Show Summer: Lose Weight j Summer means that you're more active and wearing fewer clothes. If you would like to lose some weight and keep it off for months and years, the Utah Heart Association has pounds or achieve ideal weight, whichever is less. SO, IF you attend the clas-r ses and, by learning new eating ; patterns, lose weight, the class ; will cost you only $20. .-'z Classes will be limited to 23 men and women, on a first come, first served basis, be -; fore the first class. THE HEART Association is sponsoring a 10-week class starting July 9. The class will be under the direction of Susan Mendenhall. R.D., nutrition director, and will be held Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. at Lakeview Hospital in Bountiful. Boun-tiful. A charge of $40 will be necessary for the class, but $ 10 will be refunded at the completion comple-tion of the course if you attend every class. Another $10 will be refunded if you lose IS |
