Show Clearfield Pool Gets New Roof CLEARFIELD The Clearfield Swimming Swim-ming Pool will be getting a new roof this year thanks to additional budget appropriations appropria-tions by the city council. THE EXISTING roof has been repaired repeatedly over the last couple of years and $40,000 has been set aside for a replacement, replace-ment, according to Ross Kearl, city parks and recreation supervisor. The roof was originally guaranteed to ast 15 years and has already served 20. Kearl added. IN APPROVING the fiscal 1981-82 budget, the city council appropriated $153,078 for maintenance and operations at the pool and the $40,000 roof replacement. Revenues from entrance fees and various va-rious other pool charges contribute toward the overall operation of the facility . Kearl said.
