THE BOL'NTHTL Minor All-Star team last year won the State Campionship and both the Majors and Minors are looking forward to the tournament tourna-ment again this year. The girls' softball program in Bountiful is winding down as the Bonnett Ball League held a closing social last week and announced the All-Star Teams for Majors (ages 13-15) and for Minors (ages 9-12). THE BOUNTIFUL All-Star teams will compete with other All-Star teams from throughout through-out the valley in the State Tournament to be held July 7-1 7-1 1 at Chandler Park in Murray. Joe Belnap, President of the Bountiful Bonnett Ball Association Asso-ciation says the State Tournament Tourna-ment provides a good opportunity oppor-tunity for the better ballplayers ball-players to increase their skills and to play ball on a more advanced adv-anced level against good competition com-petition from other areas. Mr. Belnap has been assisted this year by Clay Crowley, Vice President for the Minor and Floyd Trimble, Vice President for the Majors. |
