Show UPGL Promotes Bountiful an A Bountiful man has been elected executive vice president of Utah Power & Light Company by the utility's board of directors. HE IS Harry Blundell. Mr. 'Blundell is a veteran of 26 years in the industry, formerly for-merly a senior vice president of the company responsible ! for company accounting, financial and corporate ser-: ser-: vices including systems and i computer services, auditing ' and purchasing. Mr. Blundell ! will continue as a director of the utility. A native of Salt Lake City and a mathematics and philosophy graduate of the 1 University of Utah, Mr. Blun- dell joined UP&L in 1949. He i served in various accounting t capacities, including assis- tant treasurer and treasurer. 6:: HE WAS elected a director t of the company in 1965, vice 5 president in 1967 and senior i! vice president in 1974. ft" Within the industry, he serves as first vice president of the Northwest Electric Light & Power Assoc. (NEL-K (NEL-K PA). NELPA is a regional trade association of the elec- f t HARRY BLUNDELL trie power industry. He is second vice president and a member of the board of governors of the Salt Lake Area Chamber of Commerce and is active in the Salt Lake Area United Way. MR. BLUNDELL resides with his wife and three children in Bountiful. |
