Show LEGAL NOTICE Notice of Public Hearing for Change of Zone and Amendment Amend-ment of the Bountiful Zoning Ordinance. Please be advised that a public hearing will be held before the Bountiful City Council on WEDNESDAY, January 11, 1978 at 7:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 745 So. Main Street, Bountiful, Utah. The purpose of this hearing will be to determine de-termine the interest in and advisability of rezoning from Residential Zone R-2 to Commercial Com-mercial Zone C-3 the following follow-ing described area: Beginning at a point S 056' E 1135.2 feet and N 8830' W 1193.74 feet from the Northeast corner of Section 31, Township 2 N, Range 1 E, Salt Lake Base & Meridian; thence N 8830' W 258.93 feet; thence S 8214'30" E 249.0 feet to the West line of another street; thence S 2332'30" W 215. 18 feet more or less to point of beginning. The area, or property in question, is more generally described as that vacant parcel par-cel located on the Northeast corner of the intersection of 2000 South Street and Orchard Drive (North across street from Orchard Conoco Service Station). The public is invited to attend at-tend and voice opinion either for or against this request.
