Show NOTICE OF SHERIFFS SALE Civil No. 2022 In the District Court of the Second Judicial District in and for Davis County, Utah. First of Denver Mortgage Investors and Citibank, N.A., Plaintiffs, vs. C. N. Zundel and Associates, As-sociates, a limited partnership part-nership and Mountain Springs Construction Company Com-pany of Utah, a Utah corporation, cor-poration, et. al.. Defendants. To be sold at Sheriff's Sale at the Davis County Courthouse in Farmington, Utah on Thursday the 19th day of January, 1978 at 12 o'clock noon that certain real property situated in Bountiful, Boun-tiful, Davis County, Utah described as follows: to wit: PARCEL 1: All of Lots 1, 3, 7, 9, and 12 to 18, 20, 22, 23, 24, that portion of Lot 28 described as follows: Beginning at a point North 8944' East 111.30 feet from the Northwest corner of said Lot 28, and running thence South 009' East 13.0 feet, more or less, parallel to the Section line to the Westerly line of a street; thence Northeasterl.' along said street along the arc of a curve to the right to a point South 6432'36" East of the point of beginning; thence North 6432'36" West 10.35 feet to the point of beginning. Lot 30, except ex-cept that portion thereof lying North of a line extending South 8r29" 16" East 60. 42 feet and North 8951' East 36.75 feet to the Westerly Wes-terly line of a street from a point 100.0 feet South 8951' West from the Northeast corner of said Lot 30; all of Lots 34, 35 and 37 to 39, 43 to 48, 50, 51, that portion of Lot 52 lying West of a line extending South 65.0 feet and South 13 05" 56" East 43.32 feet to the Southeast comer of said Lot from a point 5.89 feet Westerly along the South line of a street from the Northeast corner of said Lot 52; all of Lots 54 to 60, and all that portion of Lot 62 not included within the perimeter boundaries of Parcel 2 herein, LAKEVIEW TERRACE, a subdivision sub-division of part of Sections Sec-tions 28 and 29, Township 2 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Bountiful according to the official plat thereof. PARCEL 2: All of LAKEVIEW ' TERRACE PHASE ONE, and all of LAKEVIEW TERRACE PHASE TWO, Planned Unit Developments, being be-ing a portion of Lot 62, LAKEVIEW TERRACE SUBDIVISION, a subdivision sub-division of part of Sections Sec-tions 28 and 29, Township 2 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Bountiful, according to the official plats thereof. PARCEL J: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 21, LAKEVIEW TERRACE, as aforesaid, and running thence South 008'44" West 105.44 feet; thence South 7550' East 337.30 feet, more or less, to the East line of the Southwest South-west Quarter of the Northwest QUARTER OF Section 28, Township 2 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Bountiful, thence North 010'30" East 187. 16 feet to the Northeast corner of said Quarter Quarter Section; thence North 895ri6" West 327.35 feet along said Quarter Quarter line to the point of beginning.
