May the joys of the season be yours, but none of the pounds. Heather Auger from England, is visiting with Lynn Holgreen's family. She became acquainted with Lynn while he was working on his mission in England. Val Verda Second Ward members enjoyed a Polynesian luau last week with island attire, appropriate entertainment and food. Val Verda 7th Ward also had a Ward Family Thanksgiving dinner with ham and alt the trimmings last weekend. Roger Larsen presented a Readers Theatre program. Another Bagley family has moved to Val Verda. Val and Marta have moved here from Southern California. He is employed by Horizon Publishers in the art work department as an assistant assis-tant foreman. Marta works as a medical assistant for a physician, at least until their firstborn arrives in May. Congratulations to Bernell Loveridge who was honored by the presentation of the Science Educator Award for 1979 from the Utah Science Teachers Assoc. during UEA Conference.
