Show West Bountiful The Martha Edmonds family are planning their annual an-nual Christmas Party to be held Dec. 17. A program will be presented by the children, as well as a vipit from Santa Claus. Elva and Harvey Jeppson are grateful that they live near to Salt Lake City so that they can help members of the family in times of emergency. The past weeks one of Elva's nephews had open-heart surgery sur-gery in Salt Lake City. Members of the family from Idaho Falls were grateful for the sleeping accommodations they were so graciously offered. of-fered. . The Second Ward Relief Society Christmas party will be held Dec. 13. Valerie and Glen Leary are announcing the birth of their baby'girl. Shirlene and Frank Richardson and family are looking forward to a trip to Seattle. The MIA girls of the Second Ward are making up a new telephone directory for the ward as a fund raising project. The Ralph McQuistons will have Thanksgiving dinner at the home of Marlene's sister and brother-in-law, the Jos eph Smiths of Bountiful. Members of the Fackrell Camp of the DUP are reminded of the Nov. 29 meeting to be held at the home of Irene Janes in Bridle Acre subdivision. Visitors and prospective members are invited to attend. Earl and Harriet Stephens and family have all been involved in-volved in the wedding of a granddaughter, Geri Ann. She and her husband were married in the Salt Lake LDS Temple and were honored at a reception in Highland the safe night. The Rex Maughans will be the host for a Thanksgiving dinner at their home. Special guests will be Shirlene's mother and father, Alton and Irene Peterson, her sister and . others of the family. The Priests and Laurels of the Second Ward are enjoying a dinner party tonight at the ward house. In charge are Cathy and J.R. Bangerter. The Teachers and Mia Maids will enjoy a progressive dinner in various homes. The Harold Manns will enjoy en-joy their holiday in Salt Lake City at the home of Arleen's mother, Nadine Roderick. Son Roger's birthday will be celebrated the Saturday after Thanksgiving. |
