Show Refutes Charges KAYSVILLE - Former Davis County Librarian Jeanne Layton refuted the claim she was being "used" in a telephone interview Friday. MISS LAYTON, who was fired from the top position in the Davis County system two months ago is possibly being "used" by the American Civil Liberties Union and other groups said County Commissioner Commis-sioner Morris F. Swapp last week. He asked, "Could they be . using her? I think she's been used much more than she knows." That statement was made during a library board meeting in Farmington last week (See related story in this issue). IN RESPONDING further Miss Layton said, "I'm not being used by anyone. My actions are strictly my own. I have never been in touch with a representative of the ACLU." Legal action initiated by the ex-librarian against several library board members and asking reinstatement rein-statement was due to begin early this week in Salt Lake City.
