Cane sugar costs today Hf I $22.50 per hundred. Some retailers are selling beet sugar z I at profiteering prices. Bear in mind that no merchant H I has paid more, than fourteen and one-half cents a pound I for beet sugar if bought through regular channels. The I most a retailer is allowed to charge you for beet sugar at 3 I present is 1 6 cents per pound. Be careful that you pay a no more than 1 6 cents for beet sugar. 8 1 Our customers have drawn all our beet sugar at 1 5c fj per pound.
