Show 'BROADCAST-""' ! TO ORIGINATE FROMLOGAN Forty Five Minute Hook-1 Hook-1 up Covers Eighteen States Stat-es Sales Convention of Logan Garment Co. For the first time in the history his-tory of Logan, a national bread-cast bread-cast will be made from this city on Thursday of this week, at which : time the facilities of KSL and ! the Columbia system will be utilized util-ized for forty five minutes in an I entertaining program originating ' at the new factory of the Logan j Garment company. The Logan Garment Company after Thursday, can be classed j along with Henry Ford, General j Motors, Frigidaire, Sperry Flour I and other successful industrial plants which use the radio for national na-tional broadcasts, according to j Otto Mehr, manager of the company. com-pany. Mr. Mehr has arranged to hold a three day convention here, be- ginning on Wednesday and lasting j over Thursday and Friday of this week. At this convention will be the sales representatives of the company approximately 100 in number num-ber from eighteen western and eastern states. These states will all be covered by the broadcast. .The program will begin at 2:30 p. m. and will last for forty five minutes. Mr. Mehr, manager and Dr. H. K. Merrill, president of the com-: com-: pany, will each speak for a few minutes, outlining the plan and i policy of the company. The con-, con-, vention will serve as the formal opening of the new factory which j has been put in tip top shape, specially arranged and equipped to manufacture the class of merchan-I merchan-I dise this firm is noted for turn-' turn-' ing out.
