Show NEW HARMONY Mrs. L. Mathis Reporter Stake Superintendent Lorin Hir-schi Hir-schi visited the Sunday school last Sunday. Bishop and Mrs. Lyle B. Prince attended a stake meeting in Cedar City, Sunday evening. Saturday evening, a cottage meeting was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Hall. "Uncle Penn" Taylor was taken to Cedar City on Saturday to consult con-sult a doctor. Word has been received re-ceived that he has pneumonia and because of his advanced age, 86 years, his condition is considered very serious. . A crowd of married people enjoyed en-joyed a party at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Hall Thursday evening. eve-ning. James D. Neilson has returned home from Salt Lake City, where he has been receiving medical care. Mrs. Nancy Smith of St. George is visiting her daughter, Mrs. Evelyn Eve-lyn Adair. Mrs. LaPrele Orton returned Thursday from Santa Clara, where she spent the past week visiting her parents. Albert F. Mathis and Thomas J. Pierce attended a meeting for defense in St. George Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Gordon and Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Hopkins of Cedar City visited Mr. and Mrs. M. O. Woolsey, Sunday. |
