Show VEY0 Mrs. Lila Seitz Reporter Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Chadburn of Las Vegas spent Saturday and Sunday at the home of their parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. John H. Bowler. Bowl-er. Mrs. Stanley Simmons returned re-turned to Las Vegas with them. The M. I. A. held its Gold and Green ball on Friday, March 13th. Mr. and Mrs. Clive Bunker of Nelson, Nev., were in town a few days visiting and on business. The Relief Society held its centennial cen-tennial program Tuesday evening, with a large crowd in attendance. A shower in honor of Miss Fern Chadburn was given on Saturday by members of the family. Many nice gifts were received. Mrs. Eldon Smith of Summit spent Saturday in town visiting. Lloyd and Lois Chadburn have returned to Cedar City to finish their school work. They have been out for two weeks on account of illness. Mrs. Alice Sandberg is spending a day or two in St. George visiting. vis-iting. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Renouf made a business trip to Las Vegas Sunday. Sun-day. They were accompanied home by their daughter, Mrs. Delbert Herring and two small children of South Gate, Calif. Mrs. Melvina Horsley is in Salt Lake City for medical treatment. Mrs. Alice Robinson is receiving medical treatment in the McGregor Mc-Gregor hospital. |
