Show Plans Announced As Nearly Complete for 'D' Day On Friday, March 27th Plans are rapidly being completed for the observance of Dixie Day on Friday, March 27th. The citizenry of Dixie will be particularly interested in the public pub-lic program given in the stake Tabernacle at 10:30. At that time the founders of the Dixie college will be honored through speech and music. An annual feature of the program is the tribute given by representatives from each of the college classes. The complete porgram will be announced next week. The students will participate in a colorful parade at 9:30, the parade to be completed just- before be-fore the program. At daylight students will whitewash white-wash the "D", work on the "D" amphitheatre, and renovate the campus in general. The college classes will have luncheon on the black hill at noon, and the Dixie Day dance, featuring the crowning of the queen, will be held in the evening. |
