The double ring ceremony was performed by the bride's uncle, and a reception for the happy couple followed the ceremony. Double ring ceremony unites Fleener-Hullinger Glenda Fleener, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Glen Fleener of Vernal, became the bride of Bill Hullinger. son of Mr: and Mrs. Lester Hullinger of Vernal on ' July 25., 1980. - - - Glenda and Bill were married in the El Diamante Reception Center in a double ring ceremony that' was performed per-formed by the bride's uncle. Reverend John Kukovich of Allerton, Iowa. A reception was held for the couple following the ceremony. The bride was dressed in a floor length gown of polyester organza, fully lined in acetate taffeta. The dress had an empire waistline with a yoke trimmed in lace and ruffles. Lace also trimmed the long sleeves of illusion, as it did the cuffs. The dress had a full skirt and a chapel length train. The veil worn by the bride was trimmed in lace and was chapel length. Her bouquet was of red rosebuds, button mums and baby's breath. Tammy Fleener, sister of the bride, was her maid of honor. She wore a long pale blue dress carrying a single red rose. Flower girl, Kristy Houk wore a long satin pale blue dress and ring bearer, Bradley Dameron wore a pale blue suit. Both Kristy and Bradley are cousins of the bride. The mother of the bride wore a long pale blue dress with a corsage of red roses and button mums. The groom's mother also wore a long blue dress with a corsage of red roses and button mums. Bestman of the groom was friend, Scott Caldwell. He wore a pale blue suit with a red rose boutonniere. The groom wore a three piece pale blue suit. Receptionists were Mr. and Mrs. Dan Olsen. Alece Bilbey attended the guest book. Both the Olsen's and Alece Bilby are friends of the bride. ,' Deanna Fleener. sister of the bride, and Jean Eaton, niece of the groom, were gift bearers. Tending the gift room was July Alford and Sheri Domgaard. both friends of the bride. Serving was Barbara Eaton and Rayma Barney, both nieces of the groom. The kitchen was attended by Mr. and Mrs. Doyle Eaton and daughter Debra. and Marilyn Broadbent. The cake for the occasion was three tiered with decorations of pale blue flowers and topped with a miniature bride and groom. Special out of town guests included the grandparents of the bride, Mr. and Mrs. Ona Mann of El Dorado Springs. Mo., and aunts of the bride. Dora Dameron Bradley of Harrisonville. Mo., and daughter Melissa Ester; Brent Houk from Erie, Kansas, and children Kristy and Brent; G.M. (Pee Wee) and Jenna Spurlock, Gregg and Sherry Pierce of Boise, Idaho; Veona and Dale Walker, Lapoint; Ruby Justice, Duchesne; Gene Hullinger. Manila: Mr. and Mrs. Alex Barney and family. Roosevelt; Alice Ward and daughters, Gusher; Leanna, Angela and Alan Walker, Lapoint. Alece and Barbara Bilbey had a miscellaneous shower for the bride, and the ladies of the First Baptist Church also gave the bride a miscellaneous shower. Bill and Glenda took their wedding trip to Salt Lake City. They plan to make their home in Vernal. |
