Panel members will include Bob Downard, Chief Vernal City Police; Neal Domgaard, Uintah County Commission; Leroy Shing, Ute Indian Tribe; and Lynne Romney, PTA. At 2:45 p.m. group work sessions will be held for groups in secondary, elementary, resource, Title I, aides, custodians, maintenance, secretaries, bus drivers and cooks.
