Show Vernal infant dies in SLC Primary hospital Levi Dean Tait, one month, 23-day old infant of Sherry Tait, died in the Primary Childrens Hospital in Salt Lake City Aug. 12, 1980. The infant was born in Vernal June 19, 1980. Funeral services were Friday, Aug. 15, in the Thomson's Vernal Mortuary. Bishop Brent Feltch conducted the service and Dean Merkley gave the invocation. LaRae Caldwell spoke followed by a musical number, "I am a Child of God," by Dorothy Peltier accompanied by Melba Eaton. Bishop Atwood spoke. Dorothy Peltier and Daun White sang "Brahms Lullaby." Kent King gave the benediction. Danna Dee Smith played the prelude and postlude music. Jack Lent dedicated the grave. Burial was in the Vernal Memorial Park cemetery. Pallbearers were Ellis Tait. Cody-Burrows. Cody-Burrows. Pat Burrows and Ricky Riker. Honoary pallbearers were Carson Tait. and Billy Tait. Survivors are his mother of Vernal; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ray and Ann Hickey of Joplan. Mo., and Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Tait of Vernal: great grandparents. Mrs. Levenia Tait of Orderville, Utah: Mr. and Mrs. Ullman . Williamson of LaGrange. Ga., and Mrs. Melba Hickey 6f Von Buren. Ark. |
