Show Kenneth Isom, Air Crash Victim, Buried At Hurricane, Mar. 18th HURRICANE, Utah. Bishop Carol Heaton presided at the funeral fun-eral services held Thursday, Mar. 18 at 3 p. m., in the Zion Park stake chapel for Kenneth Isom, 28, who was killed in an airplane crash near Oklahoma City, Okla., where he was in training, Mar. 11. Musical numbers included "Arise, My Soul, Arise!" by the Faculty Male quartet; duet, "There's A Star-Spangled Banner Waving Somewhere", Irene Brooks and Venice Stratton; instrumental duet by Mace Graff and Owen Burgener; Burg-ener; and vocal solo, "Going Home", by Ivan Barrett. Mrs. Chauncey Sandberg was first speaker and told of how Kenneth Ken-neth and his brother., and sisters were left wiyiout a mother when he was aged 6, of the faithfulness of his sister, Eleanor, aged 12, in helping her father with rearing of the children to whom he was devoted, de-voted, and of the success attained by the entire family. Recent word from the deceased reported he and his wife were active in church organizations where they lived. Pres. Elmer Graff, Wayne I fin-ton fin-ton and Pres. Glenn E. Concluding speaker was formei stake president, Claud Hirschi, who commended the deceased as a good missionary and a brave soldier; of his well-rounded life, his willingness to work and to serve, and of his capacity in the technical work in which he was engaged.
