Show First Aid, Home lursing Glasses Start fiext Monday A series of classes in first aid and home nursing will start Mon-i Mon-i day at 7:30 p.m. at the Legion Barracks under joint sponsorship ! of the Duchesne County Chapter, i American Red Cross, and the I County Civil Defense Committee. The classes will run for an 11- week period and will cover stan-', stan-', dard and advanced first aid, emergency tactics of civil defense, i leading to the forming of local disaster teams, and home nursing. Ray Summers, Fort Duchesne, Ute Tribal recreational director, will teach the first aid and emer- gency tactics classes, assisted by ! C. J. Carter, special officer for I the Indian Reservation. Mrs. Sum-j Sum-j mers will instruct the home nurs-! nurs-! ing section. j Twenty-two hours of credit will be given for the completed cours-i cours-i es. Certificates will be issued. |
