Show NOTICE OF ( TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described de-scribed real property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty warran-ty as to title, possession posses-sion or encumbrances, at the north front door of the Davis County Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Farming-ton, Farming-ton, Utah, on the 7th day of October, 1986, at 11:00 o'clock a.m., of said day: Lot 55, JULIE ESTATES SUBDIVISION, SUBDI-VISION, according to the official plat thereof, recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Davis County. Commonly known as 221 East 2025 South, Clearfield, Utah 84015. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these nonjudicial trust deed proceedings is dated March 8, 1985, and was executed by DAVID A. WAND and JANA WAND, husband hus-band and wife, as Trustor, Trus-tor, and in favor of COMMERCIAL CREDIT CRE-DIT MORTGAGE COMPANY, the Beneficiary. Be-neficiary.
