Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described de-scribed property will be sold at public auction auc-tion to the highest bidder, bid-der, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of the sale, at the North main entrance, Davis County Coun-ty Courthouse, State & Main Streets, Farming-ton, Farming-ton, Utah, on September Septem-ber 24, 1986, at 11:15 a.m. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing that certain Trust Deed dated January 15, 1979 and executed by STANLEY J. RACK-ER RACK-ER and SUZAN E. RACKER, His wife, as Trustors, to STEWART STE-WART TITLE COMPANY COM-PANY OF OGDEN, in favor of AMFAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION, COR-PORATION, covering real property located at 11 East 1450 South, Clearfield, and more particularly described as: Beginning at a point 1316 feet North and South 89 degs. 36' West 1380 feet from the Southeast corner of the Southwest V of Section Sec-tion 7, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian; thence South 120 feet; thence South 89 degs. 36' West 81 feet; thence North 120 feet; thence North 89 degs. 36' East 81 feet to the point of beginning.
