Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described de-scribed property will be sold at public auction auc-tion to the highest bidder bid-der on the 23rd day of September, 1986 at 2:00 P.M. at the Main Entrance of the County Courthouse in Farm-ington, Farm-ington, Davis County, State of Utah, by Bryan W. Cannon as Trustee and Capital Assets Financial Services Ser-vices as Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by Mitchell D. Burton as Trustor, recorded December 20, 1985 as Entry No. 722112 in Book 1066 at page 1112 of Official Records of Davis County, given to secure se-cure an indebtedness in favor of Capital Assets Financial Services by reason of certain obligation obli-gation secured thereby. The owner of said property is now purported pur-ported to be The Body Complex, Inc. Notice of Default was recorded March 7, 1986 as Entry No. 729088 in Book 1077 at page 547 of said Official Offi-cial Records. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property located at 1250 East 900 North, Bountiful, Davis County, Coun-ty, Utah: BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Section 21, Township Town-ship 2 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Meridian, Meri-dian, and running thence South 0 degrees de-grees 56'39" West 495 feet to the Northwest North-west corner of Quail-brook Quail-brook Subdivision Plat "A"; thence along said North line South 89 degrees 0321" East 495 feet; thence North 0 degrees de-grees 56'39" East 495 feet; more or less, to the North line of said Section 21; thence South 89 degrees 18'30" West 495 feet to the point of BEGINNING, BE-GINNING, for the purpose of paying obligations secured se-cured by said Deed of Trust including fees, charges and expenses of Trusee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest in-terest thereon and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest in-terest thereon as in said note and by law provded.
