Show Miller-Austin Kimberly Arvilla Miller and Trevor Tre-vor Lynn Austin were married Aug. 9 in the Oakland LDS Temple in Oakland, Calif. Elder Sterling Nicolaysen performed the morning ceremony. An afternoon reception was held at Shinn Historical Park in Fremont, Calif. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Orville O. Miller of Sonora, Calif. Parnets of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. Lynn M. Austin of Fremont, Calif., former Bountiful residents. The bride wore a white satin dress with fitted lace bodice which was adorned with seed pearls, sequins se-quins and tear drop pearls hand sewn by the bride and groom's sister, sis-ter, Kim Franksen. The sleeves were short and a large fluffy bow flowed down the back of the dress. She wore a head piece of satin flowers with crystal and seed pearls and a floor length veil beaded with pearls. She carried a bouquet of butterfly orchids, stephanotis, bridal white roses and pink roses. The groom wore a white tuxedo with white tie and cummerbund. Lora Margherita was the maid of honor and wore a pink silky tea length dress with a design that resembled re-sembled the bride's dress. The groom's sisters, Terry Stapley, Billie Fedor, Lorraine Austin, and Kim Franksen, served as bridesmaids. brides-maids. They wore dusty rose silky " dresses with tucks down the front and draping down the side and finished off with a cummerbund. They all carried bouquets of bridal white roses and baby rose carnations. carna-tions. Best man duties were performed by the groom's brother, Kevin Austin, Au-stin, with Tom Wright, Craig Stapley, Sta-pley, James Fedor, Cliff Franksen, Jim Tidwell, and Mike Martinek as attendants and ushers. All wore MR. AND MRS. TREVOR LYNN AUSTIN grey tuxedos with dusty rose ties and cummerbunds. A prenuptial dinner hosted by the groom's parents was held on the eve of the wedding at the Hungry Hun-gry Hunter in Fremont. Other pre-1 nuptial parties were given by Judy Nicholson, Vivian Nicolaysen and Kim Franksen. Both Trevor and Kimberly are 1 983 graduates of Mission San Jose High School in Fremont. Kimberly has completed a course at Associated Associ-ated Schools, Inc. in Miami, Fla. for travel industry personnel. Trevor Tre-vor returned from the Puerto Rico San Juan Mission in December and has recently been employed by West Coast Sprinklers. He will be attending LDS Business College. The couple honeymooned in the Northwest and Canada visiting the Expo. They will make their home in Bountiful. |
