Show SECOND AMENDED NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described de-scribed property will be sold at public auction auc-tion to the highest bidder, bid-der, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the North front door of the Davis County Courthouse, 50 East State Street in Farmington, Utah, on October 6, 1986, at 4:45 p.m. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing fore-closing a Trust Deed executed by Howard C. Johnson and Barbara Bar-bara Y. Johnson, husband hus-band and wife, as Trustors, Trus-tors, in favor of Bonneville Bonne-ville Title Co., Inc. as Trustee, and The Citizens Bank, as Beneficiary, Be-neficiary, which said Trust Deed was recorded re-corded in the office of the County Recorder of Davis County, State of Utah, as Entry No. 655269, in Book 964, at Page 1079, covering real property located at 1472 Scott Circle, Layton, Utah, and more particularly described de-scribed as follows: All of Lot 159, Holt Subdivision No. 3.
