Show UTAH: 1. The Kaysville City Comprehensive Plan, 1986, is hereby adopted as the master plan for the physical development of Kaysville Kays-ville City and supersedes super-sedes and replaces all previous comprehensive comprehen-sive plans or master plans for the physical development of Kaysville Kays-ville City. 2. This Ordinance and the Plan it adopts shall take effect on the 9th day of September, 1986. APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of September, 1986. Gerald A. Purdy Mayor Attest: Linda Ross City Recorder Published in the Davis Reflex Journal on Sept. 9, 1986 Issue No. 36 R-264 ORDINANCE NO. 342 ADOPTING THE KAYSVILLE CITY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN WHERAS, after holding public hearings, hear-ings, the Planning Commission of Kaysville Kays-ville City has made and adopted and certified to the City Council a master plan for the physical development of Kaysville City, called cal-led the Kaysville City Comprehensive Plan, which is designed to lessen congestion in the streets, to secure safety from fire, panic and other dangers, to promote health and the general welfare, to en-courage en-courage energy-efficient energy-efficient patterns of development, de-velopment, the use of energy conservation, solar, and renewable energy sources, and to assure access to sunlight sun-light for solar energy devices, to provide adequate light and air, to prevent the overcrowding over-crowding of land, to avoid undue concentration concen-tration of population, to facilitate adequate provision for transportation, transpor-tation, water, sewage, schools, parks and other public requirements, require-ments, and WHEREAS, the City Council has given due notice and held public hearing on the Kaysville City Comprehensive Com-prehensive Plan; BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF KAYSVILLE CITY, |
