Show Nielsen-Larsen . Y Laurie Nielsen and Bradford Wayne Larsen were married Aug. 13 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James W. Nielsen of 586 W. 2050 N., West Bountiful. Parents Pa-rents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. Jay N. Larsen of 1227 N. 675 W., West Bountiful. The couple was honored at a wedding breakfast at the Chuck-A-Rama and a garden reception at the home of the bride's grandparents in Bountiful. The bride's gown had a full length skirt with a train. The waist was slightly lowered and came to a "V" in front. The bodice was trimmed trim-med with applique. The sleeves were short, full, and layered with rows of lace t The bottom of the skirt and of the train had five rows of lace. The veil was three-quarter length and attached to a wreath headpiece. She carried a bouquet of pink, lavender and white silk flowers with baby breath. Melanie Nielsen was maid of honor with Sheri Nielsen, Holly Nielsen, Trudy Larsen as bridesmaids. brides-maids. The bridesmaids wore tea length dresses, two of which were pink taffeta and two of which were lavender taffeta. They held colonial colo-nial bouquets matching the bride's bouquet. Jenny Jones, a flower girl, wore a pink taffeta dress and held a basket bas-ket of flowers that matched the bride's. The mother of the bride wore a street length lavender dress of Georgette. The groom's mother wore a street length pink dress of MR. AND MRS. BRADFORD W. LARSEN Georgette. Both mothers wore corsages cor-sages that matched their dresses and the bride's bouquet. Brent Larsen, best man, wore a grey tux as did ushers Bryce Brun-ner Brun-ner and Dave Wendel. Prenuptial parties were given by Ruth Johnson and Louise Tuft, Karleen Wiley, Cyndee Call, and Colette Dringle. The bride and groom have both attended Viewmont High School and BYU. Brad also filled an LDS Chile Santiago South Mission. After a honeymoon to Southern Utah, the couple will make their home in Provo. |
