Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described de-scribed real property will be sold at" public auction to the highest bidder without warranty warran-ty as to title, possession posses-sion or encumbrances, at the north front door of the County Courthouse, Court-house, State and Main Streets, Farmington, Utah, on the 20th day of March, 1987, at 9:05 o'clock a.m., of said day: All of Lot 8B, YORKSHIRE PLACE SUBDIVISION SUBDIVI-SION NO. 1, a planned unit development, de-velopment, Clearfield Clear-field City, Davis County, Utah, according to the official plat thereof. Commonly known as 188 North 500 West, Clearfield, Clear-field, Utah 84015. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these non-judicial trust deed foreclosure proceedings pro-ceedings is dated August Au-gust 10, 1983, and was executed by JOSE C. ALVARADO and ROBYN L. ALVARADO, ALVAR-ADO, husband and wife, as Trustor, and in favor of FIREMAN'S FUND MORTGAGE CORPORATION, fk a MANUFACTURERS MANUFACTUR-ERS HANOVER MORTGAGE CORPORATION, COR-PORATION, the present pre-sent Beneficiary.
